How this book is organized
Part I: Introduction
This section establishes the coaching framework. You define the specific problem you want to solve, clarify why you want to solve it, determine what you want, and identify what is in the way. Your answers become the foundation for applying the material in the rest of the book to your situation.
Part II: Meet Your Meat
Focuses on the needs of your body, internal triggers, and emotional state control.
Part III: Meet Your Mind
Focuses on the mechanics of thought, belief systems, identity, language, and applied cognitive tools for resolving inner conflict.
Throughout the book, you engage with structured coaching questions and applied exercises designed to produce emotional insight and behavioral change. This is an interactive experience, not passive reading.
The book can be used on its own or alongside the companion workbook and additional resources available through the Help Yourself website.
