A 4-Week Live Group Intensive

Help Yourself is about learning how to help yourself, but sometimes you need some help to help yourself.

Sometimes you need structure, guidance, and accountability to actually do the work.

The Introduction Walk-Through is where that happens.

This is a live, four-week Zoom course where I personally guide you through the first 10 chapters of Help Yourself and the corresponding workbook exercises.

It is not a lecture series. It is structured implementation of the Help Yourself system.

Cohorts are intentionally kept small to allow for direct guidance, meaningful discussion, and focused application.

What you will do in the program:

  • Define one specific problem you want to solve

  • Clarify your values around solving it

  • Set a clear, measurable goal

  • Identify what is actually in the way

  • Learn a practical technique to bring a resource where you need it most

By the end of the program, you will not just understand the material. You will have applied it to a real problem in your own life.

You leave knowing exactly what you’re working on, why it matters, and what you can do about it.

Founding Cohort Investment

For founding members, the investment for the four-week Introduction Walk-Through program is $197.

Future cohorts will be offered at $397.

This includes:

• Four weekly live Zoom sessions (approximately 60-75 minutes each)
• Direct guidance through the Introduction section of Help Yourself
• A digital copy of the Introduction section (first 10 chapters)
• A digital copy of the corresponding workbook section
• A small cohort format for focused discussion and feedback

Enrollment is limited to 6 participants to maintain the small-group structure.

What if I miss a session?
Sessions are recorded and made available to participants. Live attendance is encouraged.

Do I need to own the book?
No. A digital copy of the Introduction section of Help Yourself and the corresponding workbook section are included with enrollment.

Are sessions interactive?
Yes. This is a working session format. Participants complete exercises and may ask questions for clarification.

What is the refund policy?
Enrollment is refundable up to 48 hours before the cohort begins. Once the program starts, enrollment is non-refundable.
